• Key Responsibilities:

  Account Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Act as the key point of contact for client needs, inquiries, and issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through regular engagement and support.

• New Business Development:

• Identify, research, and pursue new market opportunities in line with company goals.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and market intelligence.
• Develop customized proposals and close new sales.

• Market & Competitor Analysis:

• Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Recommend changes or improvements to sales strategies based on market feedback.

• Sales Target Achievement:

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on pipeline, sales activity, and performance.

• Collaboration & Strategy:

• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align growth strategies.
• Participate in the development of strategic plans for market expansion.
• Key Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record of B2B sales and business development success.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
