Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. Recommend changes or improvements to sales strategies based on market feedback. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on pipeline, sales activity, and performance. Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align growth strategies. Participate in the development of strategic plans for market expansion.
