Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and onboard vehicle dealers, DSAs, and other channel partners to generate leads. Drive vehicle finance sales through effective field visits and partner engagement. Ensure geographical penetration and expansion. Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor a team of Sales Officers and Executives. Monitor team performance, allocate targets, and ensure timely achievement of business goals. Motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high productivity. Channel Partner Management: Maintain strong relationships with vehicle dealers, OEM partners, and agents. Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with channel partners. Resolve escalations and ensure partner satisfaction. Customer Service & Credit Management: Ensure smooth end-to-end customer experience from lead generation to loan disbursal. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for document processing and approvals. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies. Provide insights to the management for strategic planning. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Finance, or related fields) 5–8 years of experience in vehicle finance or NBFC sales. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Experience in team and channel management. Skills & Competencies: Strong sales and negotiation skills Leadership and team management ability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of vehicle finance products, credit assessment, and underwriting Familiarity with local market dynamics and customer behavior Show more Show less
