Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Ops Executive located in Jaipur. The Branch Ops Executive will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring efficient workflow, managing customer interactions, and supporting loan processing activities. Daily tasks include handling customer queries, verifying loan documents, maintaining records, and coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth branch operations.

• Experience in Operations and Operations Management
• Analytical Skills for effective problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to handle customer interactions adeptly
• Familiarity with financial services and NBFC operations is beneficial
