Role Overview: As a Branch Manager at Kamal Finserve Pvt. Ltd., located in Sikar, your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet financial targets. You will play a crucial role in loan processing, customer relationship management, staff training, performance monitoring, and branch profitability.
