Ltd. is a leading supplier of industrial automation products and solutions, offering high-performance equipment such as PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, SCADA systems, servo motors, instrumentation, and electrical switchgear across multiple industries including manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, marine, and more. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our automation business in the Delhi-NCR region. The role involves managing key accounts, acquiring new clients, and promoting Graven Automation’s portfolio of industrial automation and electrical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the customer base. Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with OEMs, end-users, system integrators, consultants, and EPCs in industrial sectors. Business Development: Identify and acquire new business opportunities in sectors such as water treatment, infrastructure, food processing, power plants, and metal industries. Product Promotion: Promote Graven’s offerings including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, drives, instrumentation, SCADA, LV/MV switchgear, and industrial communication systems. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and submit regular sales reports to the management. Track sales KPIs and provide updates on market trends and competition. Coordination with Technical Team: Collaborate with pre-sales and project execution teams for solution design, techno-commercial proposals, and timely delivery. CRM & Documentation: Maintain customer data, track leads, and manage opportunities using CRM tools. Ensure timely submission of proposals, quotations, and tenders. Key Requirements: Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation or related field (MBA in Marketing is a plus) Experience: 5–8 years of sales experience in industrial automation / electrical products / process control solutions Skills: Strong understanding of automation products (PLC, SCADA, VFD, HMI, etc.) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Target-oriented with a customer-focused mindset Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite Ability to travel across the assigned region as required Salary & Benefits: Competitive CTC with performance-based incentives Conveyance and travel allowances Health insurance and other statutory benefits Training & development opportunities Professional growth in a rapidly growing automation company Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,656.49 - ₹66,545.69 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
