Fourcell Energy Private Limited, founded in 2020, is a reputed solar energy company specializing in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of solar plants. The company is GEDA-approved and has successfully completed over 15MW of solar projects. Its expertise spans residential, industrial, and large-scale solar parks, with additional involvement in solar consultancy and trading. Fourcell Energy is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions in sustainable energy and providing high-quality service to its clients.


Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Vadodara, with some work-from-home flexibility, for the position of Area Sales Manager. The selected candidate will oversee and manage sales operations within the assigned region, focus on achieving sales targets, and develop strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. The role will require on-the-ground sales efforts as well as remote interactions with clients and team members.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
  • Visit industrial, commercial, and institutional clients for solar rooftop & EPC sales
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners, consultants, and clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposal, design, and project execution
  • Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking
  • Report sales performance and market insights to the Regional Head


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years experience must required in relevant company.
  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong understanding of the solar energy industry, products, and EPC work, with experience in solar consultancy or trading being a plus
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct Market Research, analyze data, and develop actionable sales strategies
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and software for planning and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
  • Previous experience in a relevant sales or energy-related role preferred
