Kasturi Mustard Oil is a trusted name in the edible oil industry, known for quality and authenticity. As we grow, we're seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead our regional sales efforts in Guwahati and Lower Assam.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive primary and secondary sales targets across assigned territory
Develop strong distributor, dealer, and retail networks
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and share insights
Ensure timely loading, unloading, and dispatch coordination
Train and guide sales staff and field executives
Regular field visits to maintain market presence and relations
Requirements:
Proven experience in the mustard oil or FMCG sector
Strong understanding of the Guwahati & Lower Assam market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage teams and logistics operations
Strong existing market relationships preferred
