Overview
As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our store by ensuring exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. You will lead a dynamic team, manage daily operations, and foster a motivating environment that encourages growth and development. Your leadership will be key in achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of service and merchandising.

What you’ll do

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
• Lead, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Manage inventory control processes, including stock replenishment and merchandising strategies.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to policies.
• Engage with customers to provide outstanding service, resolve issues, and promote loyalty.
• Collaborate with management on budgeting, purchasing, and sales strategies to maximize profitability.
• Conduct employee orientation and training sessions to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Utilize retail math skills for pricing strategies and inventory assessments.

Skills

• Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and employee development.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in retail management practices including inventory management and merchandising.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
• Knowledge of budgeting, payroll processing, and bookkeeping fundamentals.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
