Job Description

Job Role- Area Sales Manager - CVCE

Reporting to Regional Saes Manager- CVCE ( Commercial Vehicle & Construction Equipments )

Ensuring Monthly Sales Budgeted Number are meet with acquisition in NTB and ETB Customers.
Achievement of Team’s Target and Productivity as per the guidelines.
Conduct and monitor Monthly, Weekly and Quarterly Business review with the Team.
Managing and Maintaining the Area collection portfolio at per the desire level of the organization.
Identifying the Customer Profile segmentation and profile Mix to minimize the risk.
Managing Pricing as per Bank’s policy.
Adhere all the policies, compliances and other circular/ Guidelines as per RBI or Bank’s need.
Liaison with support functions (Operations, Collections, Credit, Risk, Finance, IT & Compliance).
Conduct policy training for internal team members.
Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
Empanelment of new Dealers, DSA and other channels in the market, in addition manage the productivity of the channel partners.
Cross Selling of product to CVCE Customers as per the guideline.
Deliver a quality customer service to CVCE customers.
Manage team Size as per approved Budget by recruiting quality resources and grooming from time to time in presentation and selling skill.
Monitoring Processes & avoid unethical practices in teams, Channels as per the Bank/Product guideline.
