Team Leadership & Territory Discipline Lead, train, and monitor Sales Officers / Field Assistants. Plan weekly and monthly beat schedules, route plans, and ensure strict field coverage. Conduct on-ground performance reviews and improve weak markets. 4. Execution & Reporting Achieve monthly sales, collection, and coverage KPIs. Maintain accurate dealer sales records, demo reports, and stock statements. Ensure schemes, pricing, and company policies are followed without deviation. 5.
