Graduate with atleast5+ years of exp from FMCG Industry Only. (Biscuits/ Confectionary Industry preferred

Responsibilities

Sales & Distribution

• Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets across state
• Expand Width of Distribution (WOD) by growing retail and outlet presence.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, sub-stockists, and key accounts.
• Ensure seamless execution of the order-to-cash cycle: order booking, billing, dispatch coordination, and collections.
• Monitor secondary sales and ensure efficient retail-level coverage.
• Conduct regular market visits to evaluate performance, gather market insights, and uncover growth opportunities.

Market Visibility & Trade Marketing

• Implement in-market visibility initiatives using POSM, signage, and in-store branding.
• Execute regional trade promotions, consumer schemes, and brand activations.
• Oversee promoter deployment, training, and performance to ensure high-quality consumer engagement.
• Collaborate with brand and marketing teams for smooth execution of on-ground campaigns.

Planning & Analysis

• Develop and execute monthly sales & marketing plans at a state level.
• Track competitive activity, including pricing, schemes, and distribution trends.
• Analyze sales data and market insights to optimize performance.
• Share actionable insights with zonal and national leadership to enhance go-to-market strategy.
