As Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for: 1. Guiding, supporting distribution executive & ensure policy are followed 2. Overall, in-charge of distribution function, ensure smooth co-ordination with stockiest, sales team & management 3. Planning & prioritizing dispatches, resolving stockist/payment disputes, and aligning distribution strategy with company goals. 4. Monitor payment & follow-up with stockiest for outstanding in coordinating with Area Managers 5. Ensure Accuracy of purchase, sales, payment & cheque records are maintained in co-ordination with executive & check for gaps if any 6. Submitting cheques to the Director and follow -up with executive regarding updating company records. 7. Approve the dispatch plan for distribution of samples and promotional materials in co-ordination with the management 8. Follow-up with distribution executive regarding tracking of courier post-dispatch and review the report & take corrective measures & inform management wherever required. 9. Performing any additional responsibilities assigned by the Company in line with your role. 10. Clear Knowledge of Pharma Pricing (MRP, PTR, PTS) 11. Proficient in using billing software 12. Pleasing Personality 13. Age upto 35 years 14. Minimum 2 years experience in pharma distribution, wholesale. Retail experience not preferred for this role.
