Reliance Mutual Fund Pvt Ltd is looking for Area Manager - RBD to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Branch Management: Supervise and guide branch managers and staff to ensure consistent operational excellence, customer service, and compliance with banking regulations
Sales Performance: Monitor and drive sales targets, develop strategies to increase revenue, and enhance product penetration within the retail banking segment
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained across branches, resolving escalated customer issues, and fostering a customer-centric culture
Staff Development: Provide leadership, training, and support to branch teams, enabling them to achieve sales goals, deliver quality service, and adhere to operational standards
