Job Description

Drive sales growth for the Baby Products / Textile product line across all key markets in Andhra Pradesh.
Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners in the assigned territory.
Build strong relationships with baby stores, wholesalers, modern retail outlets, and institutional buyers.
Conduct regular market visits to generate new leads and expand market presence.
Promote product awareness through demos, sampling, and store-level branding activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent follow-up and customer engagement.
Track competitor products, pricing, and promotions to provide actionable market insights.
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Handle customer complaints, returns, and service-related issues efficiently.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, maintain CRM data, and update management on market performance.
