Job Description

  • Drive sales growth for the Baby Products / Textile product line across all key markets in Andhra Pradesh.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners in the assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with baby stores, wholesalers, modern retail outlets, and institutional buyers.
  • Conduct regular market visits to generate new leads and expand market presence.
  • Promote product awareness through demos, sampling, and store-level branding activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent follow-up and customer engagement.
  • Track competitor products, pricing, and promotions to provide actionable market insights.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, and service-related issues efficiently.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, maintain CRM data, and update management on market performance.
