Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, fabricators, and other key industry stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities by visiting potential customers at their sites or offices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through primary and secondary sales channels.
Understand
technical specifications
of railing systems, materials (SS, glass, aluminum, etc.), and installation standards.

Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with architects, consultants, and clients.
Evaluate project feasibility, cost estimates, and margins to ensure commercial viability.
Manage pricing negotiations, payment terms, and ensure adherence to approved commercial policies.
