Job Description

Position: ASM – Clinker & Exports

Designation: Manager – Sr. Manager

Function: Institutional Sales

Place: Guwahati, Assam

Credentials: B.Tech. / MBA – Marketing

Reporting to:

Responsibilities:

To lead the business development across domestic & international markets like Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Myanmar.
To manage key buyer relationships, price negotiations, and dispatch coordination.
Responsible to achieve the budgeted clinker sales volume as per the target assigned.
Identify and develop institutional and bulk customers for clinker sales in domestic and export markets.
Negotiation of price, contracts, and payment terms with clients in line with company policy.
Plan and execute clinker dispatch in close coordination with logistics and plant teams.
Track clinker demand-supply dynamics, competitor pricing, and market trends, including identification of emerging business opportunities (domestic and export).
Receivable management - Coordinate with clients and F&A team for timely realization of payments and credit control.
Maintain strong relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations
Ensure adherence to all sales documentation & contracts as per Sales SOP and applicable statutory compliances required for dispatch & transit.
