Role & responsibilities New Franchisees scouting in the allocated geography with an aim to sign up to further drive incremental business growth. Strategic Planning- City wise expansion plan in accordance with the budgets & required growth. Lead Generation- by proactive use of online ads, emails, SMS blast and through various events. Knows the allocated geography and preferably travelled extensively in same. Will be required to do the cold calls in terms of visits in allocated geography. To plan and initiate various campaigns to generate leads through SMS campaigns, Google Ad words, FB campaigns etc. To take part in Franchise Exhibitions. To ensure that the Service Agreement is signed and all the relevant documentation is complete. Strong Team player / Handled at least 4 members team. Preferred candidate profile Master / Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field 5-8 years of experience in franchise development, sales, or related field Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Flexible to travel
