Area Business Manager

As a Vehicle Finance Manager, your role involves managing vehicle finance through dealers. You will be responsible for empanelling new Vehicle Finance Dealers, DSA, and DST in the market. Your accountability will lie in ensuring the sales and collection performance and productivity of the team. It will be essential for you to conduct training sessions for all channels and teams on product, policy, and market changes. Additionally, you will need to manage business promotional activities with channels and track them for quality sourcing and a healthy portfolio. Interaction with the credit team to get business approvals will be part of your responsibilities. Keeping a close watch on competitor products, policies, and market strategies is also crucial. Key responsibilities include: - Recruit, train, and motivate channel sales and collections team - Achieve sales targets - Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist in resolving customer queries - Develop new relationships with customers to increase revenue and accounts Skills and competencies required for this role: - Ability to gauge the pulse of the market to track and empanel emerging car dealers - Ability to present a strong case to the credit team and utilize persuasive skills to get approvals - Ability to motivate, guide, and drive channels and teams to achieve volumes and growth This role will require you to be proactive, innovative, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage vehicle finance operations through dealers.,
