Role Description

We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of Area Business Manager at HDFC Life. This is a full-time on-site position located in Vijayawada. The role involves managing and developing a team of financial consultants, driving sales performance, and ensuring achievement of business goals. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, implementing strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also includes mentoring and providing training to the sales team to enhance their skills and productivity.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
• Proficiency in sales strategies, business development, and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, monitor performance, and create effective strategies to achieve sales targets
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Knowledge of the local market and proficiency in regional languages is advantageous
