team. The ABM will conduct joint field visits with MRs to promote pharmaceutical products

to doctors and hospitals. The position requires strong people management skills, market

knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets. The role contributes directly to business

growth and brand presence in the assigned area.

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle and manage the assigned geographical area to achieve sales and business

targets.

• Lead, supervise, and manage a team of 56 Medical Representatives (MRs).

• Ensure discipline, productivity, and ethical working practices among team members.

• Provide regular product knowledge, sales training, and field coaching to MRs.

• Conduct joint field visits with MRs to doctor calls, hospital visits, and chemist

coverage.

• Develop and implement area-wise sales strategies to improve prescription generation.

• Monitor daily activity reports, tour plans, and performance of MRs.

• Motivate the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and key opinion

leaders (KOLs).

• Ensure proper execution of promotional campaigns and brand activities in the

territory.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting standards, and industry

regulations.
