Required Skills: Work experience in Handling 3 or more retail stores at the same time. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate effectively with senior-level management. Provided a variety of functions and features to ensure efficient operation, high availability, and scalability of the stores. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team. Ability to set up and drive efficient processes Key Responsibilities: Coach & develop Store teams to achieve excellent standards, results and best practices. Ensure cluster stores are achieving their monthly targets & implement store strategies for sales increase. Responsible for overall targets & sales achievement within the cluster stores. Support the store teams by ensuring store SOPs are implemented for all processes like merchandising, stocking and manpower planning etc for smooth store operations. Work collaboratively with the Retail Management team & other teams to ensure they are fully informed about Retail activities. Arrange & provide necessary training to all store teams related to Sales, Product, POS & Policies within the cluster stores and doing refresher monthly once across cluster stores. Prepare checklist and reporting formats for stores on a Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis to ensure no deviation from SOPs. Leading and motivating retail managers and employees across multiple locations. Setting sales targets and key performance indicators. Ensuring consistency of visual merchandising across multiple retail stores. Monitoring stock levels and financial transactions of multiple store locations. Ensure all statutory compliance is adhered at stores. Market knowledge to understand and track competition. Lead and develop the staff in the store, encouraging effective communication, setting objectives, initiating daily, weekly work plans. Manage and resolve operational issues that arise across multiple stores. Setting and managing rotas to ensure the store is staffed adequately in cluster stores. Ensure store ambience is maintained in line with the stipulated guidelines & Retail Standard. Ensure availability of inventory at stores within the cluster stores. Ensuring weekly global count is done at the store and look for any mismatches in the inventory by doing a physical check. Monitor and check weekly Inventory, store petty cash and sales transactions by doing surprise audits at cluster stores and report any shortfalls to management teams. Ensure all store devices are working as per requirement within the cluster stores. Plan and provide a process to control shrinkage and shop expenses within the cluster stores.
