Min Experience: 3 years in B2B/Retail Sales (DG sets / Silent Generators / Gensets)Skills: Sales & Business Development, Strong Communication.Qualification: B.Tech / BE / DiplomaQualification- B.Tech/ BE/ Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical preferred; Diploma holders with relevant industry experience considered)

Key Responsibilities

Experience Range- 3-7 Years

  • To achieve assigned DG sets/Genset/Silent generators sales targets in units & value in the assigned areas.
  • To create awareness about GCL DG sets/Genset/Silent generators in assigned areas across all business segments.
  • To ensure good presales, during sales & post sales response to keep customers delighted with GCL services.
  • Regional sales experience preferably in DG sets/Genset/Silent generators industry in relevant region will be essential.

  • Product knowledge: DG sets, gensets, silent generators, alternators, diesel engines, control panels, Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), paralleling systems, load management.
  • Sales & Business Development: B2B sales, retail sales, territory management, key account management, channel/partner management, dealer development, tendering & quotations, bid management.
  • Technical & Service: installation, commissioning, preventive & breakdown maintenance, warranty support, spare parts, service contracts, field troubleshooting.

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing end-to-end sales cycles.
