Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of reports analysts focused on recruitment metrics and digital hiring performance
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality data outputs across all reporting deliverables
  • Define and track team goals and manage workload distribution effectively

Analytics & Reporting

  • Own the development and automation of dashboards tracking funnel performance, conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness
  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to Talent Acquisition, HR, and senior leadership
  • Monitor data accuracy, integrity, and completeness across recruitment platforms (e.g., ATS, CRM, AI tools)
  • Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and hiring forecasts

Process Optimization & Compliance

  • Streamline and scale reporting processes across regions and business units
  • Ensure compliance with internal data governance and external privacy regulations
  • Collaborate with IT/HRIS to maintain and improve data infrastructure

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and Ops teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
  • Build executive-level presentations to highlight insights, trends, and recommendations
  • Support strategic initiatives such as workforce planning, sourcing strategy, and funnel optimization

Technology Management

  • Maximize use of analytics tools such as Power BI/Tableau, Excel, and Python for reporting automation
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate and centralize data from multiple systems
  • Drive continuous improvements in visualization, self-service tools, and recruiter enablement


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in reporting and analytics, with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong proficiency in

    MS Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau, and Python

  • Proven ability to manage and analyze

    large-scale recruitment or HR datasets

  • Strong understanding of recruitment funnels, talent metrics, and sourcing strategy
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex insights to non-technical audiences
