Analytical Chemist

Job Description

•* Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.* ⁠• ⁠Develop reports on manufacturing performance, including efficiency, yield, rejection rates, and downtime analysis. • ⁠Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing productivity, cost savings, and operational efficiency. •⁠ ⁠Track quality control metrics and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and industry regulations. •⁠ ⁠Investigate process deviations, identify root causes, and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). •⁠ ⁠Assist in the review and improvement of SOPs, policies, and regulatory documentation. •⁠ ⁠Monitor production workflows, ensuring alignment with efficiency and quality targets. •⁠ ⁠Work with the engineering and maintenance teams to track machine performance, calibration, and validation. •⁠ ⁠Develop dashboards and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of manufacturing processes. •⁠ ⁠Analyze material flow and usage data to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste. •⁠ ⁠Assist in ensuring the availability of raw materials and semi-finished goods for production continuity. ⁠• ⁠Work closely with Production, QA, QC, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to align strategies and improve overall plant efficiency. •⁠ ⁠Support production planning efforts by providing data-driven insights on capacity, demand forecasting, and resource allocation. •⁠ ⁠Monitor safety data and analyze trends in workplace incidents to support safety improvement initiatives. ⁠• ⁠Support compliance with cleanroom protocols, environmental standards, and microbial control measures. •⁠ ⁠Assist in training staff on data interpretation, process monitoring, and performance optimization strategies. •⁠ ⁠Participate in continuous improvement initiatives like Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen projects. •⁠ ⁠Analyze customer complaints and market feedback, working with the quality team to identify patterns and suggest improvements. •⁠ ⁠Prepare reports and presentations on manufacturing performance, deviations, and efficiency improvements. •⁠ ⁠Ensure proper documentation and compliance with industry standards. ⁠• ⁠Support any additional tasks assigned by the Sr. Manager – Production and Technical or senior management.
