Your Roles & Responsibilities
This role is responsible for supervising and monitoring all the activities conducted on site from the excavation to project handover stage. It involves maintaining extensive coordination between multiple stakeholders on site and regional offices. The nature of the role constantly changes as the stages of the project progress and therefore requires flexibility and agility on part of incumbent to quickly adapt to the same.

Key Activities
Supervising and Monitoring Projects Site
- Devise the sequence of various activities to be conducted on site in coordination with key stakeholders (e.g. contractors/PMCs)
- Oversee all operational activities (MEP, Civil, Planning etc.) on site are progressing line with the established project timelines
- Coordinate with design team at site to ensure that all GFC drawings are brought in as per the schedule
- Review the drawings in joint discussions with architects and consultants to foresee any risks and highlight the same
- Ensure that all quality and safety compliance standards are in adherence to established SOPs and guidelines
- Analyze the demands for materials requirements on site, and provide the necessary approvals for their procurement and coordinate on same with Contracts and Budgeting team
- Coordinate with the Facilities and Handover team during the handover process
- Ensure the scope of responsibility for different snag issues is established and rectified by the projects team
- Drive the trainings schedule and ensure that the same for all PMCs/contractors on site are duly conducted
Driving Site Reviews and Budgeting
- Facilitate smooth pay-outs to the contractors/vendors/PMCs by coordinating with Finance team as per need basis
- Monitor the daily/weekly progress and manpower reports and scrutinize them to identify any deviances/anomalies and take appropriate corrective action
- Coordinate with Liaison team for any government authority visits for various approvals required
- Liaise with Head Office teams for various internal and external audits to be conducted on site

InternalDevelopment Team: For coordination, reviews, and inputs on all project related mattersDesign Team: For discussion on GFA & GFC drawings, RFQs, etcExternalConsultants & Vendors: PMC, Labour, Material SuppliersLiaison: For coordinating on various inputs required for GFA drawings to seek RERA, MOEF, and other government approvals
Qualification
Position Requirements
- Graduate in Civil / Structural Engineering
Experience
- With 15 years relevant work experience in commercial real estate
Critical Skills
Essential Skills
- In-depth materials knowledge prevalent in industry to suggest cost efficient solutions
- Technical knowledge of all services/ structure engineering deployed on site
- Ability to multi task and coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external key stakeholders
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fire-fighting, and HVAC systems of a large commercial building
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in government approvals and liaison activities
- Knowledge of building codes
