Elevate is recruiting an
Analyst
for our Finance & Accounts team. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for handling portal management, project verification & project confirmation to clients.
Specifically, The Analyst Will
- Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers as per contract terms and billing schedules.
- Follow up on outstanding payments via email and phone.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of billing activities and collections.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Support) to resolve client issues.
- Prepare aging reports and collection summaries for management.
- Assist in month-end closing and audit requirements related to receivables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
Skills For Success

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in handling international clients or working in a shared services environment
Technical Skills
- MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations
Qualifications
- Any Graduation
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting will be preferred
