This is an exciting opportunity for a client-focused strategic change professional who thrives on driving impact and innovation. In this role, you will be leading a team providing administrative F&A services to a US Top 100 / UK Top 50 law firm. You will be directly responsible for strategic client engagement, operational delivery, and continuous process improvement. Specifically, the Project Manager will: Manage day-to-day operations and workflow of a 17-20 member F&A delivery team. Lead and support strategic operational improvement projects in collaboration with clients. Ensure seamless execution of business-as-usual (BAU) tasks aligned with client expectations. Drive KPI achievement, SLA compliance, and process quality. Maintain and update process documents including SOPs, workflows, reports, and presentations. Act as the primary point of contact for client engagement lead check-ins, governance calls, and performance reviews. Specifically, the Litigation Coordinator will : Be responsible to evaluate each customer request of LCP services.
