Job Description

Account Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Customer Relationship Management:

Understand client business goals, challenges, and needs to provide effective solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts.
Foster long-term relationships to ensure client retention and loyalty.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform account strategies.
Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and market conditions.
Utilize CRM systems to track and manage client interactions and sales activities.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.
