Job Description

Role Description:-


To support the HR Head in driving HR digitization, improving operational efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making through MIS and dashboards, and supporting various Organisation Development (OD) initiatives. This role will also serve as a strategic HR assistant to the HR Head for communications, coordination, and project execution.


Responsibilities


  • HR Digitization & Automation

  • Lead and support the rollout of HRMS platforms (e.g., Darwinbox, Keka, greytHR, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges during HRMS rollout.
  • Map existing HR processes gaps and create defined process as per organization.
  • Leverage paid AI tools for improving HR process efficiencies (e.g., resume screening, employee query boots, data analytics, etc.).
  • Must have paid AI tools experience such as HireEz, Jasper & Cypher .


  • HR MIS & Dashboarding

  • Own all HR reporting and analytics, ensuring timely and accurate HR MIS generation.
  • Design and maintain HR Dashboard as per requirement.
  • Present actionable insights from HR data for leadership reviews.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau or similar to present visual data.


  • Organisation Development (OD) Support

  • Assist in job analysis, job description writing, and job evaluation exercises.
  • Support in salary benchmarking and compensation structuring initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects aimed at organisation effectiveness and design.


  • Strategic HR Support to HR Head

  • Draft internal communication such as organisational announcements, policy roll-outs, and leadership messages.
  • Act as a project coordinator for cross-functional HR projects and follow-ups.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for leadership reviews or audits.



Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.


Required Skills


  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in HR digitization, MIS, and OD-related projects.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle HRMS implementation (e.g., Darwinbox, SAP, Keka).
  • Experience in handling HR analytics and building dashboards (samples to be presented during interview).
  • Exposure to paid AI tools in HR is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies and salary benchmarking tools is desirable.

Other Requirements


  • Candidates must be able to showcase prior work (e.g., dashboards, HR process maps, HRMS experience) during the interview.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, mid-sized, owner-driven organisation with evolving structures.
