Job Purpose

The primary focus of this role is to

lead and deliver technical projects

across Aircraft Records, Asset Transitions, and Data Management for airline and lessor customers. The Project Manager ensures

delivery excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction

through structured project management, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as the single point of accountability for assigned projects.
  • Lead and manage technical project teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery.
  • Oversee services including aircraft transition audits, daily/monthly records audits, and client-driven projects.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet scope, quality, compliance, and customer expectations.
  • Monitor team performance, ensuring skills development and training.
  • Identify risks, manage escalations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive efficiency by embedding automation tools and process improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular progress updates.
  • Collaborate with Finance, People, Commercial, Product, and Ecosystem teams for smooth delivery.
  • Provide structured reporting directly to the VP – DES.
  • Represent the organization at on-site audits, transitions, and client meetings.
  • Optimize resource allocation and workload planning for maximum productivity.

  • Strong leadership with proven ability to manage large-scale aviation projects.

  • Analytical problem-solving mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and risk management skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience

  • 10+ years in aviation with focus on Technical Services / Technical Records.
  • 4+ years of independent project management experience.
  • Hands-on experience in aircraft lease transactions, records auditing, and transition projects.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of compliance auditing (ADs, LLPs, Structural Repairs, Components).
  • Proficiency in M&E systems like AMOS, Trax, Maintenix, OASES.
  • Familiarity with technical manuals (SRM, AMM, CMM, etc.).
  • Understanding of IATA standards and lease contracts.
  • Knowledge of OEM platforms.
