AI Product Manager – Digital Transformation

to drive the design and execution of AI-powered solutions across global financial and trading ecosystems. This role combines strategic product thinking with a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making to transform traditional workflows into intelligent, automated, and scalable systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams spanning

commodities trading, hedge funds, quantitative finance, and logistics

to build AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

AI Product Strategy & Discovery

Partner with business stakeholders and domain experts to identify opportunities for AI integration within existing and new workflows.Conduct end-to-end analysis of business processes, data sources, and technology ecosystems (including ERPs and trading platforms) to define AI use cases with tangible ROI.Develop and prioritize a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals and emerging AI capabilities.

Solution Design & Development

Translate complex business challenges into structured problem statements, functional specifications, and user stories for AI engineers and data scientists.Collaborate with technical teams to define model data requirements, design prompt frameworks, and evaluate model performance against business metrics.Leverage tools like

Figma

to visualize user workflows, interfaces, and end-to-end AI-driven experiences.

Execution & Delivery

Oversee the AI product lifecycle — from conception and prototyping to UAT, deployment, and continuous improvement.Manage communication across cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, accountability, and timely delivery of product milestones.Monitor adoption, collect feedback, and iterate on features to improve model accuracy and user experience.

Innovation & Market Intelligence

Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, including

LLMs, RAG architectures, and generative AI frameworks

.Research and propose new ways to integrate AI across operational, analytical, and decision-support systems.Promote best practices in AI product governance, data privacy, and ethical AI usage.

Qualifications & Experience

3–6 years of experience

in product management, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or technology-driven transformations.Strong understanding of

AI/ML lifecycle

, system architecture, and data integration principles.Proven track record of managing complex products involving analytics, automation, or predictive insights.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in

Figma

,

MS Excel/Google Sheets

, and

Agile project methodologies

.Experience working with

financial services, trading, or commodity operations

is highly preferred.Exposure to

Prompt Engineering

,

RAG pipelines

, and

modern LLM applications

.Familiarity with
