This role will drive strategic deployment, system integration, and enterprise adoption of intelligent automation across financial and operational workflows. The ideal candidate excels at converting business needs into scalable technology solutions while managing cross-functional collaboration and measurable process improvement.What You’ll Lead
Own the end-to-end execution of AI-driven document processing programs, from strategy and planning to deployment and optimization.Translate business goals—such as Accounts Payable invoice automation and exception management—into detailed solution architectures and delivery roadmaps.Guide model development, testing, performance tuning, and production rollout to ensure scalable and high-accuracy extraction results.Drive seamless integration of Azure Document Intelligence with ERP and workflow platforms including SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.Define security, compliance, and governance frameworks to protect sensitive financial and operational data in accordance with SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR standards.Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize workflows to enhance speed, accuracy, and automation coverage.Collaborate closely with AI, engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure user adoption and tangible business value.Deliver structured change management activities including onboarding, training, enablement, and go-live support.Act as a senior advisor to leadership and clients on automation strategy, potential improvements, and scalability opportunities.Leverage agentic AI capabilities for document orchestration, intelligent routing, document classification, and exceptions automation.Track and report KPIs related to throughput, accuracy, reduction in manual touchpoints, and ROI.What You Bring
Demonstrated experience delivering intelligent automation or AI-enabled document processing solutions.Hands-on knowledge of Azure AI / Cognitive Services, OCR, NLP, or IDP platforms.Experience integrating solutions with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, or equivalent).Strong program ownership skills with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and senior stakeholder expectations.Expertise in defining performance metrics and assessing automation results through data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across executive, technical, and operational teams.Background in AP automation, invoice processing systems, workflow tools, or enterprise process transformation preferred.Core Competencies
