In Oracle enterprise performance management at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Working in this area, you will also provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle enterprise performance management tools, helping clients improve their financial planning and analysis processes and achieve their performance objectives. Educational Qualification BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MBA/B.SC/B.Com/BBA Work Location India Job Description As an Experienced Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: Should have good knowledge in Actual, Budgeting and Forecasting processes. Expert in writing Business Rules, MDX queries and Groovy scripting. Ability to lead enhancements activities. Should be able to independently gather and document functional requirements for new enhancements. Identify redundant issues/processes and try to minimize it by using automations. Knowledge on Oracle Cloud infrastructure. Support further implementation of ePBCS (Workforce, Capex, Projects, Financials) enhancements as identified by key system stakeholders. Good understanding of multi-currency applications and ability to write/enhance currency conversion business rules. Well-versed in Data integrations and Data Flow processes. Should have a good understanding of product support processes. Gain an understanding of the business to identify opportunities for improvement within the ePBCS suite in alignment with the needs of the business and proactively take the steps necessary to set up, test and deploy systemic improvements. Initiate and manage requests for enhancements to meet the changing needs of the business. Report and maintain system issues encountered by the business. Follow up proactively with appropriate vendors such as Oracle, opening an SR’s when needed. Work closely with different integration teams like IT, ERP & Business Intelligence teams. Support the Corporate FP&A team in running the annual Budget, quarterly forecasts, and Long-Range Forecast processes in PBCS. Ensure business-as-usual operation of the Production environment on a daily basis, escalating issues to Oracle Managed Cloud Services & Oracle Cloud Support when necessary. Should have good knowledge in both batch and shell scripting to write EPMAutomate scripts. Should have the ability to lead the Project. Should be good at preparing and delivering end user training and patch release documents. Ability to take up cross competency work and contribute to COE activities. Understanding of Escalation/Risk management. Good understanding of PCMCS dimensions Should have enough knowledge in writing allocation rules in PCMCS Need good knowledge to build PCMCS financial reports. Show more Show less
