Job Overview:
As a Director, you’ll work with CMAAS teams to perform data-driven financial and GAAP analyses and coordinate with PwC network offices on project deliverables. While responsibilities are based on qualifications, experience, Microsoft skills, and accounting knowledge, specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Bring deep transaction knowledge and accounting expertise, combined with strong analytical and communication skills, to simplify complex issues and deliver clear, actionable guidance.
- Lead and manage teams effectively by overseeing multiple engagements, setting performance expectations, and cultivating a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
- Understand end-to-end process workflows, including work request initiation through completion, effective use of the firm’s workflow management tools, and proper documentation of work performed.

Requirements And Qualifications
- Must possess CA/CS/CFA/MBA Finance or an equivalent accounting or financial designation with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Possess advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS, with the ability to apply standards to complex transactions.
- Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams by fostering a culture of trust, encouraging innovation through inclusive perspectives, and coaching staff with timely, constructive feedback.
- Proven experience in technical accounting, financial reporting, and capital markets, which may include areas such as (i) IPOs, debt offerings, private placements, and carve-outs, (ii) acquisitions, alliances/joint ventures, and post-deal accounting, (iii) restructurings, restatements, and bankruptcies, (iv) GAAP conversions and adoption of new standards, and (v) managing deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage complex project workflows and consistently deliver high-quality results on time.
- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Query, Power Pivot), with Alteryx, Power BI, and AI tools as desirable.
- Capacity to work independently on qualitative and quantitative analyses, with the agility to learn new skills autonomously.
- Fluent in English, with advanced reading, writing, and communication abilities.
- Minimum eight days a month required in office.
