About the Role

We are a fast-growing Healthcare & AI Academy, focused on developing future-ready professionals in healthcare management, digital health, and artificial intelligence. We operate with high standards of academic quality, financial discipline, and professional administration.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Administrative Head to lead our accounts operations (receivables, payables) and complete facility management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts & Finance

  • Oversee student fee collections – tracking, reconciliation, follow-ups.
  • Manage vendor payments Maintain daily cash, bank, and Excel-based financial records.
  • Coordinate with Accountant / External Auditor for compliance.
  • Prepare monthly financial summaries and MIS reports
  • Ensure 100% transparency in income & expenses

2. Administrative & Facility Management

  • Full responsibility for office, classroom, and infrastructure management.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and utilities.
  • Manage AMC, vendors, service contracts, and asset records.
  • Handle inventory, procurement, and stock control.
  • Ensure clean, safe, and audit-ready campus environment.

3. Academic Operations Support

  • Support Admissions, Student Records, and Compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with Academic Head & HR for smooth institutional functioning.
  • Monitor attendance systems, front office operations, and reporting.

4. Leadership & Reporting

  • Lead the administration and support staff team.
  • Act as the single point of control for administration + accounts + facility.
  • Report directly to Director / Management Team.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in:

  • Business Administration
  • Commerce / Finance
  • Hospital Administration
  • Operations Management

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in:

  • Educational Institutions / Colleges / Healthcare Training Centers
  • Strong exposure to Accounts + Administration + Facilities

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of Receivables & Payables
  • Excellent Excel & documentation skills
  • Vendor & facility management expertise
  • Leadership & team handling
  • High integrity and accountability
  • Strong coordination & communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
