• Supervise and manage all day- to-day administrative activities & coordination with internal & external departments for ensuring smooth operations.
• Scheduling and coordinate for conference meetings, Appointments for Top management, Guest and other Senior Manager/s.
• Supporting and assisting the department Head for the Administrative and Communication Management.
• Supporting and organizing appropriate hospitality arrangemnts during buyer/ Guest visits • Supporting and organizing appropriate arrangemnts during festival and events
• Responsible for handling all Corporate CUG & Fixed Landline & telephone issues, review the plans and ensure that the payment is made on time.
• All vehicles (Four wheelers and two wheelers) are maintained properly on daily basis.
Maintaining vehicle audit process on daily, weekly and monthly basis for safety and ensuring the statutory.
• Maintain and monitoring the vehicles, in case of any repair or problem the same has been sorted the same with the service centre (Authorized showroom only).
• Ensure and updating the driver’s SOP.
• Arranging of hire vehicle and acting driver whenever is required.
• Maintaining the managing the vehicle request forms. The entire vehicle should allocate only with the proper request form or mail.
• Monitoring & tracking of all vehicles.
• Monitoring the renewals, renewing of vehicle Insurance, Fitness Certificate, pollution certificate, Road Tax, Green Tax periodically on time.
• RTO: Liaisoning with RTO related works. (FC, Tax payments, Pollution Certificate).
• SRICITY:: Co-ordinating with, SRICITY officials(Vehicle pass) for all company owned vehicle.
• Maintenance of SRICITY RFID tag for MD, Director and CEO vehicles. Assist to other staff if required.
• FAST-TAG: Maintain and monitoring properly the Fast Tag account (ZEN Sricity) for all the vehicles.
• Courier arrangement to various departments sending through (Indian Postal, UBX and BLUE-DART).
• Coordinate for the postal works (India post, UBX and Blue-dart) to dispatch the couriers to outstation.
•Preparation of Driver OT details Monthly of Travel & Conveyance Expenses: •Monitoring the petrol & Diesel consumption of (ZEN & CLASSIC) petro cards and make payment. •Monitoring the FAST - Tag accounts Zen and Classic & management and makes payment accordingly. •Staff & Supervisor travel conveynace and food allowance. •Counter Checking of reimbursement bills from all the employees
