Position Overview

The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning, and providing support to HR, finance, and management teams. The role requires strong organizational skills, coordination ability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Administration

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-organized workplace
  • Maintain office supplies, assets, and vendor coordination
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, couriers, and visitors

2. Documentation & Records

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and administrative files
  • Prepare and manage letters, notices, reports, and internal communications
  • Support documentation for onboarding, audits, and compliance

3. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams for meetings, interviews, and events
  • Assist HR with onboarding formalities and employee coordination
  • Support management with scheduling and administrative tasks

4. Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative procedures
  • Assist in maintaining statutory and internal compliance records

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 0–2 years of experience in administration or office operations
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in an educational or technology organization
  • Basic knowledge of HR or payroll processes
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines
