We aim to ignite curiosity and build future-ready skills.Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and passionate STEM Coach Trainer to lead and deliver engaging STEM training programs to students and educators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in STEM education, excellent communication skills, and a passion for inspiring young minds through innovative learning tools like robotics, AI, and coding.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver hands-on STEM training sessions for students (K-12) and educators.Train school teachers to implement STEM curriculum using Stembotix tools and platforms.Conduct workshops on robotics, coding (Scratch, Python), Arduino, IoT, AI, and related technologies.Assist in developing and updating STEM curriculum and training materials.Support school implementation and follow-up sessions post-training.Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive feedback.Represent Stembotix at exhibitions, competitions, and other promotional events.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering/Technology/Education or related field.Proven experience in teaching or training in STEM domains.Proficiency in programming languages such as Scratch, Python, or C++ is a plus.Familiarity with robotics kits (e.g., LEGO, Arduino, Raspberry Pi) and STEM education tools.Strong presentation and communication skills.Willingness to travel for training assignments and workshops
