Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Gandhinagar. The Human Resources Intern will assist with various HR tasks including supporting HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. Day-to-day activities include updating HR records, assisting in recruitment processes, organizing employee files, and supporting the HR team with administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals
• Understanding of HR Policies and HR Management
• Experience or knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
