HR Intern


Key Responsibilities


  • Sourcing & Screening:

    Actively search for candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and screen resumes based on job requirements.
  • Telephonic Interviewing:

    Conduct a high volume of cold calls and initial phone screenings to shortlist candidates.
  • Candidate Interaction:

    Explain job roles, company culture, and interview procedures clearly to candidates in both

    English and Hindi

    .
  • Coordination:

    Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers and follow up to ensure attendance.
  • Database Management:

    Maintain accurate records of calls, candidate status, and feedback in the internal database/Excel.
  • Follow-ups:

    rigorous follow-up with candidates from the initial call until the final joining date.


What We Are Looking For


  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal communication is a must. You should be fluent and confident in both

    English and Hindi

  • Tele-calling Aptitude:

    Comfortable making numerous phone calls daily and interacting with new people without hesitation.
  • Energy & Attitude:

    High energy, proactive verbal style, and a willingness to learn recruitment best practices.
  • Education:

    Any Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA in HR is a plus, but not mandatory).
  • Status:

    Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
