Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with human resources standards. The role involves day-to-day HR management tasks such as overseeing recruitment, conducting employee orientation, managing payroll, and addressing employee issues. The executive will also support performance management and employee development initiatives.
