Human Resources Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on HR experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support HR team in employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
• Help plan employee engagement activities and events
• Draft HR-related letters and reports
• Support day-to-day HR operations and queries
• Perform other tasks as assigned by HR leadership

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Eagerness to learn and contribute
