Position: Python Developer

Job Description:

We seek a talented Python Developer with strong expertise in Django and QML to join our dynamic team. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the Django framework. The ideal candidate should have a passion for writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Responsibilities:

· Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using the Django and QML framework.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

· Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

· Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

· Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimise performance.

· Follow industry best practices and coding standards.

· Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in web development.

· Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

· Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

· Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle - from concept and design to testing and deployment.

Requirements:

· bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Proven experience as a Python Developer with expertise in the Django framework.

· Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

· Proficiency in server-side development using Python.

· Experience with Mono DB.

· Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, QML and JavaScript.

· Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

· Experience with RESTful APIs and web services is a plus.

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

· Previous experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is desirable.
