Job Description

HR Interns


As part of MSC’s HR team, you will:

  • Interact with HR managers across India
  • Share relevant CVs for job opportunities
  • Build hiring pipelines
  • Help students apply for roles
  • Track interviews and selections
  • Work closely with the founder & placement team


This is NOT a typical “admin HR role.”

You will experience end-to-end recruitment operations and learn practical HR skills used by top companies.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Vacancy Sourcing & Updating

  • Track Specific openings from LinkedIn, job portals, HR WhatsApp groups, and direct contacts
  • Update internal job sheets and dashboards regularly

2. HR Outreach & Communication

  • Reach out to companies for hiring requirements
  • Share MSC candidate lists with recruiters
  • Follow up with HRs professionally for shortlisting and interviews
  • Maintain a database of hiring partners and contact logs

3. Candidate Shortlisting & CV Forwarding

  • Shortlist relevant student CVs based on job requirements
  • Forward curated CVs to the recruiter within deadlines
  • Send updates/screenshots to students confirming submission

4. Student Support

  • Guide students on where and how to apply
  • Resolve basic queries regarding job opportunities
  • Maintain communication in WhatsApp groups


REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication (written + verbal)
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Good understanding of corporate etiquette
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals
  • Ability to multitask and work with deadlines
  • Highly organized & process-oriented
  • Willingness to learn HR, recruitment, and talent operations
