STEM Coach Trainer

Job Summary: STEMbotix Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable STEM Coach Trainer to deliver training programs on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training teachers, students, and partners on robotics, coding, electronics, and AI-based kits. You will play a key role in promoting hands-on learning and fostering a curiosity-driven environment in educational institutions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct hands-on training sessions in schools/colleges on STEM kits, robotics, coding (Scratch, Python), AI, and electronics. Train teachers and students in how to implement STEM-based learning using company products and curriculum. Develop and update training modules, documentation, and educational content. Support educational partners during live projects, competitions, and exhibitions. Travel to partner institutions for training and demo sessions as required. Provide feedback to the product and R&D teams based on user interactions. Report and document session outcomes and training progress regularly. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field. Strong communication and presentation skills. Hands-on experience with robotics kits, microcontrollers (Arduino/Raspberry Pi), sensors, etc. Familiarity with basic programming (Scratch, Python preferred). Passion for teaching and working with students and educators. Willingness to travel for training sessions. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience as a STEM trainer or educator. Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, or IoT is a plus. Ability to manage groups of learners and engage them in interactive learning. Show more Show less
