We provide comprehensive services including facility design, regulatory compliance, radiation shielding, safety training, and process validation. Additionally, we offer e-beam facility services focused on feasibility studies, business planning, facility setup, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities


Office Administration

  • Manage daily office operations, stationery, office supplies, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing emails, phone calls, correspondence, dispatches, and courier management.
  • Maintain office records, filing systems, and document control (physical & digital).
  • Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and calendars for management.

Documentation & Coordination

  • Prepare letters, reports, minutes of meetings, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Assist in procurement processes, quotations, purchase orders, and invoice tracking.
  • Maintain databases, employee records, attendance reports, and leave management systems.

Human Resource Support

  • Assist HR in onboarding, joining formalities, induction, ID card issuance, and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.

Finance & Compliance Assistance

  • Coordinate with accounts for petty cash, bills submission, payment follow-ups, and vendor invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and statutory records as required.

Other Responsibilities

  • Assist senior management in day-to-day tasks and confidential assignments.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment for visitors and clients.
  • Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics support for events and meetings.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration preferred)
  • 0–1 years of administrative experience (Freshers may apply)
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic computer operations
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity
  • Pleasant personality, customer service orientation, and problem-solving attitude
