Job Description

An Administrative Assistant supports the efficient operation of an office by performing various clerical and organizational tasks. Key responsibilities include managing schedules and appointments, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, handling communications via phone and email, maintaining filing and inventory systems, and assisting with report preparation. They also greet visitors, manage office supplies, and may support other staff with administrative needs while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Core Responsibilities

  • Handling office tasks such as filing, data entry, generating reports and presentations.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings to avoid conflicts.
  • Making travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Screening phone calls and directing them appropriately.
  • Greeting and assisting visitors, maintaining professional communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹27,675.45 per month
