Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Puducherry. The Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day office operations, manage schedules, handle correspondence, maintain records, and conduct clerical tasks. Responsibilities also include providing assistance to executives and ensuring efficient office management.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Familiarity with office technology, such as email, scheduling software, and document processing tools
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related fields is a plus
