Job Description

EquiCom,

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Daily work monitoring and project tracking
  • Managing engineering expenses and invoices
  • Processing bills and ensuring timely payments
  • Providing exceptional phone call management and scheduling
  • Maintaining a well-organized filing system (both physical and digital)
  • Supporting engineers with administrative tasks and presentations


To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


  • Max. salary 3.0 LPA.
